Terms of Use

Operational boundaries for the current ClinicOS launch.

These terms describe the current product posture for ClinicOS as a clinic operations workspace, including account responsibility, connector limitations, and the no-medical-advice boundary.

Clinic operations workspace

ClinicOS is intended to help operators review clinic activity, connector status, and operational follow-up. It is not a substitute for a clinical record system and should not be presented as autonomous clinical decision support.

Copilot remains inside the operational boundary

Copilot is read-only, operations-only, and not medical advice. Operators remain responsible for all clinic decisions, patient-impacting choices, and external actions taken outside the app.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their ClinicOS credentials. Primary app auth at launch uses Clerk email/password. Connector-specific OAuth, where supported, is separate from the app sign-in process.

Connector limitations

Connector availability may vary by clinic and environment. In v1, Google OAuth is connector-only in v1 for supported connectors. Review and onboarding environments may use seeded or sandbox-backed data to exercise workflows safely.

Service posture

ClinicOS may evolve between launch iterations. Features, connectors, and integrations may change, be delayed, or be limited by environment, provider constraints, or product scope.
